All orders made in the website with pieces that are ready to wear can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please email me at hello@kissmycrystals.com with the following information:
• Your order number.
• A photo of the piece you wish to return. (It must be in the same condition you received it.)
• The reason for return.
• Whether you wish for an exchange or refund.

All returned items are at the cost of the customer and must be returned securely via Royal Mail first class signed for. Once I have received your return it will be inspected and then you’ll be notified whether your return has been successful. All returns are at the cost of the customer and are non-refundable.

Bespoke customer pieces are final and non refundable and can not be returned or exchanged once ordered and paid for.
